RETURNS

*Please note we DO NOT do returns on any hair items or jewellery, unless faulty, please make your selection wisely.

Hair items include hairbrushes, hair clips, hair claws, headbands and hairpieces.

 

Your item must be returned in unworn condition, in its original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions will not be accepted. Once the returned product has arrived back to us, we will inspect it and process your refund within 2 business days.

If you happen to receive any product that has been damaged through the shipment processor that has a manufacturing fault, please email us a description and photograph of the fault within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item has been unworn, we will happily offer you a full refund or a replacement product. 

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered a manufacturing fault. This includes but is not limited to surface scratches, tarnished metal caused by contact with chemicals such as perfumes/skincare and the loss of stones/pearls. Unless the product was received with the fault and we were notified within the 14-day post-delivery timeline, the product will not be accepted for a return/refund.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a purchase for another item, please use our contact form to get in touch. Once we receive your product, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and a further 2 - 3 business days for delivery. 
 

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchanges that are sent back to us, however we will send out the replacement item free of charge.
